Pete is an Enterprise Agile Coach for Cisco, as leader of Continuous Delivery as a Service. He would like to take the opportunity to share the agile journey at Cisco: including the good, bad, and ugly. He has practiced agile delivery for over 10 years, via management consulting and IT program/project deliveries. Specifically, at Cisco over the past 3 years, he has helped lead the agile delivery process change by creating the Global Agile Centre of Excellence; which provides Agile/Scrum overview, ScrumMaster, Product Owner, and Scaled Scrum training, to over 2,000 Cisco employees. This has enabled the creation of over 300 agile Scrum teams, and has set-up community practices, to promote knowledge sharing and organic adoption. Pete has trained more than 300 SAFe personnel at Cisco.
Pete has over 28 years of large scale enterprise program/project/operations management, cross-functional business and systems integration, and full life cycle product development management consulting experiences. He has been actively involved in scaled agile project delivery since 2004 in the Bay Area.
