In 2009 when she was working for Nokia Mobile Phones as the main agile evangelist, she ordered a 2-day training from Dean Leffingwell for her organization that later on evolved to “Leading SAFe”-training. She has contributed Lean-Agile finance & control together with Rami Sirkiä to SAFe 3.0, and is certified SAFe SPCT4 trainer.
